Primary application is Prelude Systems' ADS version 15.3, which fully integrates sales, purchasing, inventory, EDI and accounting operations. The system allows immediate transfer of information between branches and permits flexible inquiry into its databases. It provides exceptional reporting and real-time information to management through standard and user defined reports. EDI is capable of versions up to 4010. Transaction sets 850, 855, 810, 820, 824, and 997 are currently being used, with others available. EDI van is Inovis. Currently, our system supports over 100 active users in addition to a multitude of peripheral devices. Branches are linked to the system via point-to-point dedicated circuits. Data is insured by mirroring all drives and by storing daily backups offsite. An automatic backup generator supports the Central processor.
