ChemFree SmartWasher SW25 Series is an economical parts cleaner

SW-25 Signature Series Bioremediating Parts Washers are economy configurations in the ChemFree line of SmartWashers. A standard sink (16.5" x 26" x 8") make this "no frills" version great for everyone with its ease of use. A National Stock Number is available for the SW-325 Model (NSN 4940-01-478-3763), making it a popular choice for military shops. Note: The SW-25 replaces the obsolete SW-45 Series of SmartWashers including SW-545  (NSN 4940-01-432-2176) and SW-945 (NSN 4940-01-465-7121). SW-25 is also available through GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract.

SW-23 Mobile Parts/Brake Washer is two machines in one - a parts and brake washer. It features a wide sink (22.5" x 26.5" x 8"), yet is smaller in overall size for high mobility, and incorporates a compact dolly with footstep for superior maneuverability. Adjustable Temperature/ Timer with higher temperature option combined with new SW-7 OzzyJuice (specifically designed for brake cleaning) yields an impressive increase in cleaning performance. Available through GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract.

The ChemFree SmartWasher SW25C Combo - a great parts washer turns into a great brake washer. With standard sink (16.5" x 26" x 8") and the addition of a supplemental air pump and brush you get two washers in one! A mobile dolly makes it easy to move around the shop. A National Stock Number is available for the SW-925-C (NSN 4940-01-478-3759), making it a popular choice for military shops. Also available via GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract.

ChemFree SmartWasher SW-28XE with SuperSink is loaded with features!

ChemFree's SmartWasher SW-28XE Series are the largest & most versatile bioremediating parts washers available. This SuperSink (26” x 41” x 7”) model is packed with features for full operation requiring a large sink capacity and second workstation for two person usage. A Halogen Light Kit attaches to the sink of the SmartWasher to provide additional light to the work area. A Parts Basket is included for little parts. The SW-28XE replaces the obsolete SW-48 Series, which generated a National Stock Number under the SW-948 Model NSN 4940-01-465-7124, (Military users should still order under this previous NSN, as you will receive the Model SW-928XE instead of the SW-948). All SW-28XE Models are available through GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract. New Ozzy Cap Parts Washer Lid available.

ChemFree's OzzyJuice is gentle enough to use as a hand cleaner, yet can clean even your grimiest parts. In fact, in field tests under actual working conditions, OzzyJuice has consistently been rated equal to or better than traditional, potentially hazardous cleaners. OzzyJuice is a pH-neutral mixture of emulsifiers and surfactants that contains almost zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs), phosphates, formaldehyde, biocides or solvents. This mixture is blended in a liquid form to produce a biodegradable, nontoxic, non-caustic and non-hazardous oil dispersant and degreaser. OzzyJuice comes in 5 gallon containers. National Stock Numbers (NSN's) are available for the most popular OzzyJuice Solutions (see below).

OzzyMats are disposable microbial impregnated mats that introduce microbes into the system & filter particulate larger than 50 microns. Without them, bioremediation would not occur and SmartWashers would not work properly. The FL-3 is ChemFree's OzzyMat for normal usage & comes standard in all units except the SW25C and SW23. MUST BE REPLACED MONTHLY to keep microbes thriving.

OzzyMats are disposable microbial  impregnated mats that introduce microbes into your SmartWasher system, keeping it working at peak performance. The FL-4 MultiLayer OzzyMat has multiple layers (you remove a layer as they clog), designed for heavy dirt applications. Comes standard with the SW-25C & SW-23 Parts/Brake Washers. MUST BE REPLACED MONTHLY to keep microbes thriving.

OzzyBooster Microbial Enhancer

OzzyBooster contains the same type of non-pathogenic microbes found in regular ChemFree OzzyMats

OzzyBooster is a microbial enhancer to boost microbial activity by increasing the density of microbes. It contains both new microbes and additional nutrients that expand the available "territory" in which microbes can breed and eat. In most cases, the need for a "boost" never materializes - but when an overused machine needs a "kick in the microbes", OzzyBooster does it. OzzyBooster is only necessary in extreme usage situations where the fluid does not have a chance to recover before more contaminants are added.
