Christy's® Non-Detectable Underground Warning Tape consists of a 4 mil overall thickness of polyethylene film formulated to resist degradation due to acid and alkaline soils. The lettering on all non-detectable indicator tape is a minimum of 1 in unless otherwise specified. All non-detectable warning tape is APWA color coded and permanently printed. Non-Detectable tape is used for accurately locating and preventing damage to valuable underground utility installations. Properly installed/this tape helps avoid catastrophically inaccurate digging when locating utilities such as electrical lines/gas pipes and communication cables.

Features
- Christy's® Non-detectable marking tape consists of a minimum 4.0 mil (0.004 in) thickness, linear low-density polyethylene, specifically formulated for extended use underground
- The legend/message continually repeats a minimum of every three feet
- The tape tensile strength shall be in accordance with ASTM D882 and not be less than 4100 MD (longitudinal direction) and 3650 TD (transversal direction)
- Elongation properties are in accordance with ASTM D882 and will be greater than 550 Percentage at the break point
- Tape flexibility is in accordance with ASTM D671 and remains pliable
- Tape composition shall be of virgin LLDPE/LDPE
- Tape lettering shall be 2 in tall on 3 to 12 in tape
