High Tension Ratchet Tie-Down, S-Hooks

The Keeper® 10 ft. High Tension Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion resistant 1 in. Hi-Test® webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle and handle and vinyl-coated S hooks to prevent scratching and marring. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull the strap over the cargo and tug to desired tension. Then ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock the cargo load into place
